Quality : We take quality very seriously; our company is equipped with top QMS overlooking all our operations; all our contracted farms & factories are qualified basis strict quality control process ensuring they acquire all needed certifications & processes to provide you with the highest quality product that satisfies your customers/markets’ needs. We operate with 4 main check points of quality
- Our quality team works directly with farms to secure the best crops for processing, apply very strict specifications & ensure all crops secured are traceable & compliant to the markets’ regulations.
- Our second quality check point starts with the receiving of the crops/raw materials in the processing factories’ sites, where our team runs another quality check to ensure all the raw materials are in best condition for processing after transportation, work along with the factories receiving teams to apply all quality measures for processing.
- Along the processing lines, our quality team within every production batch for KYT maintains a 3rd quality check point ensuring health/safety/sustainability guidelines are followed with full compliance; collect samples from the production lines in every stage of processing, run the needed tests to ensure the required specifications are followed & create the needed reports.
- The last check point happens upon receiving the final packed product, our team runs the last quality check on packaging, weights, product appearance & temperature. Along this check point a retain sample is kept from each production batch as a reference. Full quality report on the production batch is produced supported with media & quality test reports.
